When I contacted them about our move, even though it was about a mile down the road (we needed help with the heavy stuff), they were professional, pleasant, and efficient. Upon arriving, they were infinitely patient with our children and the fact that I have an indoor cat who had to be moved from one room to another several times in order for Magic Movers to empty whatever room of furniture.
To say these people should be nominated for your Torch Award is an understatement and I would be more than happy to give them a nomination for it. I cannot thank your site enough for having such an award for people to nominate businesses for and I cannot thank you enough for providing the services you, as the BBB, provide. The job that you and your helpers do is the best that I have experienced in all the times we have moved. Not only are you always on time for the job, but you work quickly, but carefully in order not to damage any of the furniture. You have always been willing to do extra work that we might have for you to do, taking things apart and putting them back together again.
